Level 1: Initiation to the Training Method: “To Learn how to Learn”

This toy was created by an Avian Behaviourist Specialist, Johanne Vaillancourt.

The Teach Box & Bank allows the parrot lover to have fun with his birds while stimulating your parrot to develop its curiosity, intelligence, faculty to reason, attention, intellectual and physical abilities.

This game aims to initiate the bird to the notion of training. It is conceived to make the bird understand that it is expected to carry out gestures for which it will be rewarded. This game is simple and easy to execute, in consequence rewarding for the bird. With this game, the bird “learns how to learn” and gives you the opportunity to initiate with him, the ritual of the “training session”.

The Teach box is made from strong acrylic and includes 8 acrylic shaped discs & 20 coins, instruction guide and a box that has openings on the top and has no bottom. The coins fit into the slots and the discs don’t. The discs are to teach your bird colour and shape and the coins are to teach them colour and to place them in the box slots.

Is durable and easy to clean.

With the Teach Box your bird will develop skills and dexterity to manipulate objects with precision.
