Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Gift Vouchers are available by email only, so once you purchase your voucher it will be emailed to you.
This Gift Voucher is partially redeemable. The Voucher can be used within the validity period to make a number of separate orders up to the value of the voucher or above the value which in this case the recipient will need to make up the difference. For example if you have a $50 voucher and you only spend $25 you will be able to use the other $25 for another purchase. If you spend over the voucher amount eg. $65 then you can pay the extra $15 through one of the PRC online Shop payment methods.
The voucher can be used to purchase any product on the Chipper Parrots online shop (including postage).
Vouchers that have been lost and have not been redeemed will be replaced. There are no refunds for vouchers that have been redeemed.
Vouchers that are paid for via Bank Direct Deposit will be emailed their voucher once payment has been received.
A Voucher is only able to be used for an online purchase through the Chipper Parrots Shop and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Voucher expires at 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue and it is up to you to use the full value before expiry date. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of the voucher will not be refunded or credited.
If purchase exceeds available voucher balance, you must make up the difference with another payment method provided on our online shop.
You are liable for all transactions on your voucher, so please keep it safe.
We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms and Conditions. Changes to Terms will be available on the website.
