Website Troubleshooting:

If you are experiencing issues accessing your shopping cart, an error at checkout with shipping or some other issue, please try the following: 

• Clear Browsing History and Cache on your website browser. 
• Ensure the software on your browser is up to date or try use a new browser like Google Chrome.
• Your shopping cart info will most likely be cleared once clearing your browsing data, so if possible take a screen shot of your shopping cart or make a note of the items you selected prior to doing these above steps, so you can refer back to it when placing your order again. 

If you continue to have issues after trying the above, please email through a copy of your shopping cart to us with your full name, address, phone number and we can assist with processing your order manually. Send your email to info@chipperparrots.com.au

Shop Login: 

If you are having issues login into your account using your previous shop login details, please try to reset your password.

If you have reset your password and still have problems logging in to your account then please also  try the steps explained above under website troubleshooting.

If you are still not able to login after trying the above then please email or text us and we will send you an account reactivation email.
