My sun conure absolutely loves this toy to get her seed! The problem is, however, when attempting to clean this toy there appears to be a double-wall on the inside and the seed gets stuck between the two layers! And it can't be removed! Toy would be perfect without that flaw.

Less is More
I find if you fill the top chamber half way or more, when my conures or even myself moves the top slat, the food does not fall freely though the holes.
Even if you tap on the sides on the chamber to rattle the small pellets around you will only get one odd pellet to fall through.
If its filled with less pellets it works fine but the toy is then finished quite quickly. With it harder to work with more pellets in the chamber, my conures give up.

Great toy!
I'm not sure our Quaker parrot really likes having to work for her treats, but this toy certainly keeps her busy! She worked it out very quickly, but it still takes effort to get the treats out - her strategy is just to shake the whole thing as hard as she can and eventually something falls down :)
