Rattan Balls

The Rattan Balls are versatile natural parrot toys designed to encourage exploring, shredding, and natural foraging behaviours.

Made from coloured rattan woven into hollow balls, these lightweight toys provide an interesting texture for parrots to investigate, manipulate, and shred. Small treats can be placed inside the balls to create a simple treat-searching activity and encourage natural foraging behaviours.

These rattan balls can be used in several ways: offer them as a fun foot toy, add them to a hanging toy for extra texture and interest, or include them in a foraging bin or activity area for parrots to explore.

For extra small parrots, we recommend attaching the balls to the side of the cage using seagrass rope or paper rope. This makes them easier for smaller parrots to access and interact with.

Please note that these toys are made from natural woven materials and may not last long with destructive parrots or larger parrots that enjoy vigorous shredding.
