Return & Refund Policy

Returns
Chipper Parrots offers a 14-day return period, starting from the date your order is delivered. To return a product, you must notify us by email within this 14-day period.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items that have been used, opened, or purchased on sale cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except when the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.”

Note: Purchases made via Afterpay or Zip Pay may have non-refundable fees deducted from your refund, as these fees are not returned to us by the payment provider.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by email or phone. Depending on the product, we may request photos or ask you to return the item unused. A replacement will be sent once we receive the item. Products that have been used cannot be replaced.

Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order is missing items or contains incorrect products, please contact us immediately by email or phone so we can resolve the issue.
