Christmas Shopping Deadlines

Place your order at least a day before the dates advertised below to receive your parcel in time for Christmas.

If you miss your cut off date we can send parcels express post, so please contact us via email if you want to pay the extra to have your order sent express.

Express Shipping cut-off for all areas 18th December.

Closure Periods

We will be closing over Christmas and a couple of weeks in January, so please check these dates below. If you think you may run short of food, toys or supplies over our closed periods, then ensure you submit your order before the close times mentioned below.

You will still be able to process Shop orders through the online shop during our closed periods, but they will not be processed or dispatched till we reopen. 

Christmas:

Closed: Wednesday 20th December 2023

Reopening: Wednesday 27th December 

New Years Break:

Closed: Friday 29th December 

Reopening: Tuesday 2nd January 2024

(Shop Orders received after AEST 12pm on Thursday 28th Dec will NOT be shipped till the week of 2nd Jan)

January Holiday:

Closed: Saturday 6th January 2024

Reopening: Monday 22nd January

(Shop Orders received after AEST 8am on Friday 5th Jan will NOT be shipped till the week of 22nd Jan)

Please note there will be delayed processing and dispatching of orders when we return from our breaks. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to process and ship your order.
